Reporting a bug

If you want to report a bug, please include the following information:

• kchmviewer version. Please make sure the bug is still reproduced by the latest version, and indicate that in your email. Do not report bugs for version 3.1, it is not supported anymore;
• Operating system (Linix, Windows) and version;
• Qt version you're using;
• KDE version (if any);
• whether you build kchmviewer yourself or downloaded a package somewhere;
• If the problem related to browsing: whether you use QTextBrowser, KHTMLPart or WebKit browser. Please try to switch to another browser in settings before reporting a problem. QTextBrowser is well-known of not showing complex HTML pages properly, and there is nothing could be done with it;
• If the problem related to chm document: where to download this document. In majority of cases the document is required to fix the issue.
